My darling  Queenie Polly Jean. I love you since I first heard your song “RID OF ME”, in the  summer of 1993. This song forever changed my way of seeing music – a masterpiece of sonic chaos. By the time the song ends, you feel drained. Amazing for a piece that is less than five minutes long. One of the best song ever.

The next quote from GQ –  back  in 2011 – says everything about the song: “I actually played at my brother’s wedding. And the song that they requested for me to play was “Rid of Me.” That’s a true story. My own brother.”

I promised myself that one day I will see her playing live. Unfortunately I didn’t have the chance. P.J. if you read this post please give me a sign. I will come for you…. I hope that my wife will not divorce me when will read these lines… :)
